Description

Turn lanes - Heading North Bound on 19 and turning West at Curlew. Nice new turn lanes but the traffic pattern is now switched and the timing of the West bound turn lights start when the crosswalk countdown is at 10. Which lets 3-4 cars go thru the light. And the other 20 have to sit thru another light. In the afternoon the traffic pattern at this light is changed yet again. When trying to get to work and you are the 5th car and have already sat thru 2 lights, it is going to make someone run a red light in frustration and an accident is going to happen there.
