Description

The turn arrow is never on during rush hour in the morning or afternoon. In a two year period living only a block away, I have only seen it green periodically when traffic is not heavy. There is a school at this light and school busses trying to turn left onto Vogel need this signal. It is very dangerous trying to turn left onto Vogel St from Brier Creek Parkway or from Vogel turning left onto Brier Creek Parkway at rush hrs.
