Typical seen On grand ave. this has become a normal occurrence to see the stragglers hanging out in front of residentia/l commercial area getting high on drugs and literally just passing out .

Addition to there is a lot of graffiti located in this location as well . 840 grand ave, appears to be a church .

They will stay there for hours and police officers will not stop them or ask them to move. Very sad for the youth to have to see this on a daily occurrence .
