Description

Stop signs on 2nd St crossing Charles were not replaced after raised crosswalk was installed. The raised crosswalk is not slowing traffic enough to allow traffic to flow across 2nd St. Traffic on 2nd crossing Charles is also not yielding to traffic already in the intersection from Charles St.
