Description
Every morning, I head to work and see a large number of elementary kids from my apartment complex standing inches from the very busy road of Hosmer St, waiting for their bus. These kids are literally inches away from cars driving up and down this road. The other day, a child was running down the hill to this bustop, and tripped and fell. Had he tripped and fell 10 more feet ahead, he would have fell into oncoming traffic. I am not sure if anything can be done, but I suggest a police officer take a trip to the entrace of the Heights at Marlborough between 8:20 AM and 8:30 AM to see this hazard that appears to me to be very dangerous for children and motorists. I believe the bus stop should not be located at the bottom hill of our complex, but rather at the top, for the safety of everyone involved.
