Description
The new street trees in Westville are wonderful. But some are big enough to need trimming. Especially at the southeast corner of McKInley and Elm, where the stop sign has become completely hidden for northbound traffic. Is it permitted for a resident to cut such dangers with their own tools?

Please do! This is a problem throughout the city. If landowners kept the trees trimmed, they'd be doing their neighborhoods a favor.
