Description

The left turn green arrow is not get part of the cycle turning onto Rex Way from Duraraleigh Rd. toward Rex Hospital Emergency Room from Blue Ridge Rd. Even if a vehicle has been stopped at a previous red light, waiting to turn into the hospital, it's not granted a green arrow when the four lane road gets green lights.
