Nothing done yet. 541 days. I think I'll check back in 541 years. That's probably the right amount of time.
I am pretty much giving up on SCF and New Haven. The city is dysfunctional because it WANTS to be dysfunctional, and I can't help.
And SCF is the electronic equivalent of the circular file for suggestions at work. It makes you feel good when you do it, but it is essentially pointless, because there is rarely anyone at the other end.
I will consider posting something once from now on, but I don't think I'll waste my time following up on anything.
