Description

The construction at the building on the north side of W MacArthur between Shafter and Webster, but the sidewalk closure signs are placed midblock where the construction starts, and not at the closest intersections where they should be. Please make sure this issue is addressed throughout the construction process, and even better please create a barrier-protected pedestrian walkway in the street instead, so that access is not restricted.
