Description

The fountain at Smith and Polk streets was under repair/refinishing for a couple months. It just re-opened this week and is now leaking water from its base onto the sidewalk, creating a dangerous slipping situation (and wasting taxpayer dollars). Clearly needs to be patched/coated with anti-leak sealants. Thanks :)
