Description

there is a 4 family house that is very poorly maintained and the tenants that tend to move in there are loud and the police are there from time to time. there seems to be a possable marijuana plant growing in the gutter. there is overcrowdedness in the house and one of the tenants suspiciously walks the streets at all times of the night. the living conditions in this house do not appear to be safe. this has been an ongoing problem in our neighborhood for the past few years and no mtter how much we complain to city hall or the police about it, little to nothing seems to get done.
