Description

The neighbor's swimming pool pump is defective and has been emitting extremely loud noises on a daily basis for at least the last two months. The pump is operated at various times of the day and evening for at least 4 to 5 hours each time. The noise nuisance is in violation of the Folsom noise ordinance and greatly inhibits my rights to peace and enjoyment of my property, especially since it is audible in my home with all my windows and doors closed.
