That's because they were not told to stay away from this area. I know it took one homeless man to do something stupid in our neighborhood before they were removed permanently.

The homeless there have done many stupid things, like creating a mess, and tossing large things into the lake and burning a bicycle. I think the real reason the city moved them out is because of all the people from out of town who were running near this in the recent ruling festival.
