Animal Abuse/Neglect Elderly canine-18 years old, is never allowed inside. Left out in extreme weather, deplorable living conditions, the tiny plastic shelter outside was donated by a rescue group, there is a filthy, moldy chair cushion to buffer the dog DANTE from the wet cold ground. ACO NHPD have been ineffective thus far. ACO returned the dog to the owner who does not love this dog.
The Police Department uses Canines to assist with law enforcement, so it's quite astonishing and disheartening that they do not take this seriously. Dispatcher #629 extremely RUDE and threatened rescue caller with abusing the report line. The dog is dying. Needs to be removed from the abuser.
