Description

the storm drain catch basin in front of #4 Echo Avenue is completely filled with dirt, sand and debris. DPW cleaned this basin a few years ago and residents were told that the discharge pipe was also filled with debris, sand and dirt. The DPW crew told residents that another machine would have to be used to complete this repair. Residents have not witnessed any further remedial actions including a machine designed to clean the discharge pipe. The roadway now completely fills when ever it rains.
