I thought by throwing the "feral cats" along side "murderers" that the joke part of the post would be clear. I guess I was wrong. The overgrowth does need to be fixed, however. It is the owner's responsibility to ensure that the lot does not become a blight to the neighborhood (or street, in this case) and that is why I posted it.

Anyways, I gave up crime fighting when my van got trashed and the team broke up. Now, when I see drug dealing (and trust me, I do), I just call the cops.
