the potholes I mentioned were filled in however, I saw them throw the tar in puddles. therefore, all the tar came out AGAIN and now need refilling AGAIN. I've lived here since Sept. and this is the forth time the potholes have been filled. Stupid waste of money. Do I have to go to Home Depot and by patch and fill them in myself? When the maintenance staff put the tar in, another city truck drove back and forth over the holes in an apparent attempt to pack the tar down. Ridiculous, bring a steam roller.
