Description
The dirt surrounding the pipes in the ditch has washed out to the point that one vehicle can barely access the property. The canal has been backed up for so long that every time it rains the waters wash out more and more of the driveways. Our vehicle has to swing out into the other lane in order to get a straight shot without going in the ditch. Any assistance would be appreciated..
