It's private property, why shouldn't they be able to park commercial vehicles in the yard. Would it be better if they parked them out front on the residential street? Do some research before you make ridiculous posts. People get into arguments with neighbors and post this nonsense on the Internet to get back at them. Getting really tired of the nonsense residents in this town.
I believe it has to do with obeying the law .......yes private property on a commercial lot ,it is permissible, the is a neighborhood not a parking lot
I live on a busy street with people honking and driving load cars or with their radio blasting at all of hours of the day. Even if there were 30 vans back there it would not bother me... I'm sure you probably hear each van twice a day.... probably around the same time every day.... while the rest of the day is quiet. Here's a suggestion pay the business owner a spot to rent away from you.
its a back yard, residential ...you don't get I'm in the process of selling my house my real estate agent loves the yard I have green grass a swamp maple tree and an oak tree and a giant pine shade a big deck another beautiful yard to my right then when you look left, you see a totally paved yard with lines for parking ...my real estate agent tells me it will be hard to sell my house because of this ,.she has informed me she will start the procedure with the heath dept. to amend this problem ...funny she told me the health department handles commercial parking on residential property

I have been dealing with rodents and raccoons because of these neighbors... they have weeds taller then myself in the back. People like my husband have to own or rent a parking space bc the town does not allow commercial cars on the street so unless you have a convenient and free solution there is no reason to complain. If people can't use their yard then they will be parking on the street. This will make parking worse. Put up a fence. Unlike my smelly situation a fence can make your yard look nice.
Nothing has been done question ,does anyone know where I can go to start the process to end this illegal act,off parking commercial vehicles ,for profit in a residential property , mind you the owner paved more than 75% of the yard and then added lines for spacing of the vehicles ... this problem is worsening as more of the workers are now parking on the street and entering the yard in the morning , they are starting to be a disturbance to the nieghbirhood
will you listen to yourself. Validation on this site and with your "lawyer" is a waste of your time and money. This town does not need neighbors like you.
