This concerns the alley behind the property. Property owner consistently places huge branches, trimmings, etc. in the very narrow alley. The debris partially blocks the right of way, preventing vehicles from safely driving in the alley. Trash and recycle trucks are forced to drive onto other alley properties and damage their area. The alley is very narrow and could pose a significant delays to police and fire. Owner needs to be told to use proper receptacles or place the debris in their front yard and call for a bulk pickup. Owner had debris placed there yesterday and it is strewn in the right of way.
