In the public alley behind our office at 221 Glenwood Avenue is a huge garbage pile AGAIN! The apartments at 611 W. Lane Street are responsible for this mess which is not only an eyesore but attracts scavenging and animals. The photo shows mattresses and christmas trees, furniture and waste not put into the provided cans. The owners have installed a fence to block the unsightly view from the apartments and installed large metal poles that obstruct our clients when parking in our own lot. Can we get some permanent relief. please???
