Description

A fairly wide (though not too deep, which is why drivers probably haven't reported it) floods with every rain and snow. The resulting splash from traffic causes overflow into the sidewalk; making it oftentimes icy and dangerous. Furthermore, it's damaging the city's curb sod in front of the property and is more than just a safety issue. Please help!
