Truck in yard packed to the gills with trash. About 60 bags. Its overflowing into the yard. Smells so bad kids cannot currently play outside. Trash blowing all over the yard and street. The smell is getting awefully worse day by day. They have 3 small dogs that walk around in the yard and have to endure the stench and maggots.
