Description

I live right at the end of William Street, and last night there was very noisy construction/track work on the train tracks starting at around 12:30am and going until 5:30am. There was loud banging, whistles, and machinery, and it made it very difficult to sleep (even with a noise machine and ear plugs). How long will this construction be going on near William Street? Is there any way it can happen during the day? I can't find anything about it online. It was very disruptive, and I hope it doesn't continue.
