Description

Tried to pay for parking on Hargett St near corner of Blount St at 10:30 am on 3/4/16 in space 252. Parking meter could not accept coins as coins were already jammed in there. Tried to pay with credit card but meter wouldn't read it. Responded with "invalid card read".
