jbk, hit it on the head. I lived in WH for nearly 40 years til I had enough....It's getting as bad as New Haven. The boardwalk has been taken over by punks. Nasty, rude people everywhere you look. Too many landlords decided to rent to anyone with money in their pocket. A once nice city down the tubes.

Maybe it was her cat who didn't come home the night before.
