the motorcycle unit has been out there 4 days this week. The first day there was construction so we won't count that day because everyone was slower. The past 3 days they observed the red sports car every morning as stated above and the speed never went over 30MPH. The motorcycles are running laser and get the speed prior to the operator ever seeing them. With that said they will periodically monitor the area and vehicle. They did state that white the exhaust is stock and not in anyway a violation, it sounds louder which may make it seem like he is driving faster than he should be.
