There is an ongoing lighting project on I64 to re-light the remaining 15 lights out WB and 15 lights out EB from just east of Northampton Blvd. to Kempsville Road overpass. Project inspector advises that contractor is schedule to start installing the conduit next week followed by junction box and cable replacement. Late September is the end of the project and I expect all lights to be functioning by then.
