Neighborhood has asked for years for this issue to be attended to by the city, even if only the dog leg of walker court that runs behind the properties on 12th street could be repaved, it is much needed. It has gotten to the point that the alley is derelict that illegal dumping is a constant issue. No one cares for the alley because it is getting to be a losing battle.
