Description

Most of the flex posts "protecting" the 15th street bike lane between I and K are missing and drivers are increasingly parking in the lane or using it as a right turn lane. The southernmost flex post (the one "protecting" the corner) is missing and many right turning drivers encroach on the bike lane during red lights.
