Description

There needs to be a left turn signal marker at 30 E and 322 W. This is a spot of constant traffic due to people turning left. I am not sure with all of the intelligence that Penn Dot and the Borough of Downingtown this has not been corrected yet? I guess that would assume they had intelligence to begin with
