Description

There are signs on frank street about no stopping and no parking. The signs were added recently due to the carpool process at Conn. There are tons of kids coming down that street and to have cars stopped on such a narrow street is unsafe. The parents are disregarding the signs and parking to get their kids. It would be nice to have some enforcement in tthat area during carpool.
