Please follow this issue where the inspection was completed. We can not give estimates as to when a specific issue will be addressed as there are over 2,000 outstanding issues. Issues are addressed based on hazard, date reported and geography (like to cluster work to reduce travel time). Unfortunately, this order can change based on new reports, storms, accidents and things like the Ash Borer thus we can not predict when work will be completed.
This issue was started in 2015 (late) with calls, then written to seeclickfix in 2016.....where am I on that 2000 list of issues? Just for the record...I'm at the end of 2018. Also, ideally, winter is a good time to trim the trees as there are no leaves obstructing sightline of overhang on house etc....there is still the constanst breakage of small branches off of the limbs
When? When??
Owner called again in regards to having limbs removed. She's been hearing that's she's on the list for the longest (Nov 2015) and nothing has been done thus far. The last thing she needs to happen will be damages to her property. Please address.
