Owners of this home left in the middle of the night over a year ago. Since that time garbage has accumulated in the front of the home as well as overgrown grass. Mail as well as a filled plastic bag has been in the doorway between the main door and screen door for over 6 months. Backyard is overgrown with grass and weeds as well as pool that has stagnant water holding flies and mosquitoes and I don't know what else. Have called the so-called "management company" several times during one case in which they told us to take care of it ourselves. Have called Licenses and Inspections several times who have come out but told us that all they can do it issue violations. THE HOUSE IS ABANDONED WHO IS READING THE VIOLATIONS. Previously had a roach problem coming into our home and the management company of 2022 came and bombed that home. Unfortunately this problem has reoccurred and we are killed ourselves with insecticides and potions to get ride of this grimey creatures. We don't know where else to turn. We are thinking about contacting an attorney. NO ONE WANTS TO HEAR OUR COMPLAINTS AND IT IS DISGUSTING HAVING TO DEAL WITH THESE BUGS AS WELL AS NOT BEING ABLE TO SIT IN OUR BACKYARD DUE TO THE BUGS THAT ARE INFESTED IN THERE. IT IS A DISGRACE THAT HOMES ARE LEFT IN THESE DEPLORABLE CONDITIONS.
