Description

The dumpster area at the rear of CVS continues week in and week out to be an unsightly mess of garbage around the dumpster. It appears that this area is never serviced by store personnel. It does not appear to be a capacity issue with the dumpster as trash does not ever appear to overflow out of the top but always seems to be accumulating around the sides of the dumpster.
