Description
Very many of the Parking Meters in downtown , old and new (!), do not function properly, and do not register time paid for, after inserting one or even two Quarters. Are they deliberately calibrated this way ?? Please get them fixed !

Could you be more specific with your complaint? Which parking meters are you having trouble with? Each parking meter has it's own ID#. You can also let us know the area in question. I see that you placed the marker on Chapel St between High St & York St. but your comments are referring to a more general areas. The more specific you are, the better we can address the issue.
