Description

Landlord never clears property. The sidewalks and stairs
are a sheet of ice seeing the snow was never removed.
it's the same issue with this property every time it snows.
They never clear it.

Thank you for reporting this. The landlord at 14-16 Young also does not clean up garbage, which is spread over the property. It is disgusting. LCI should be fining this landlord, or cleaning it up and charging him and putting a lien on the property.
