We are extremely sorry for not attending this issue since it was first reported. In checking out our issues list, we noticed that a lot of cases reported through "seeclickfix" were not under a "service request" and this was considered as a "no service request" issue, which is the reason why this issue was not noticeable to us when first reported. We are gonna fix that and the request #41226 was created to attend this issue.
