This car is parked on a public alley - it is not on a private drive - please see the photo attached - the alley provides a 7’ access to the adjoining Properties.

Constant parking in this alley is a safety concern as it is prohibiting access to 5 properties (410, 412 and 414 Florida Avenue NW and also 402 and 404 Rhode Island Avenue NW).
