Description

Ponce de Leon Place in Decatur is being enforced as a "No Passing Zone" by City of Decatur Police. Based on State Law Such no-passing zones shall be clearly marked by a solid barrier line placed on the right-hand element of a combination stripe along the center or lane line or by a solid double yellow line. Ponce de Leon place must be maintained with a double stripe yellow line along street center line. Traffic control signs are not readable and need replacement.
