Q. Describe the issue in detail
A. Neighbors running a salvage business out of their home. Upon returning home at 3418 Hayes StreetNE Monday afternoon around 3:30pm, I saw a Mpls police car parked across the street from my house. I also noticed my neighbors at 3424 Hayes Street NE ,circling around the block with a load of scrap until the police car left. I have reported this issue many times in the past, as well as my neighbors have, along with loud pipes on vehicles, especially on the 2 white scrap business trucks, that they have to rev up in the winter to keep them running. Can we please put and end to this? This residence in this Waite Park neighborhood is truly a black eye here. Please help us out here! What else can we do? Bill Sauter 3418 Hayes Street NE
