Alleyway Entrance of Family Dollar - store employees are throwing mounds of boxes into the alleyway ~ again. Every Wednesday morning a large semi deliveries pallets of mechanism to the back door of the Family Dollar. It has been reported by many neighbors witnessing employees pitching boxes and boxes into the alleyway in lieu of walking 20 feet to their store dumpsters. Asking management of Family Dollar being cited for littering [either by the police] and/or given a citation for blight.
