Description

The alley between 1600 Nottoway and 1600 Claremont is in terrible condition. There is very little gravel and there are several huge holes. The city closed the alley at one point, but never fixed the problem. It is virtually impossible to drive down the alley and cars have been getting stuck. This issue was reported several months ago. The attached picture shows one of the two biggest holes.
