Our Customer Response Team noted the following: The complex has taken over the right of way for private parking purposes on the south side of the driveway by placing signs. They have placed rocks out to prevent parking on the north side of the driveway. There is a puddle in the driveway and the condition of the pavement is moderate. Driveways and their maintenance belong to the property that they serve. This is a private property matter.
