This is about the ninety-leventh time I've seen junk piled up there. I reported it many times myself.
I'm sure it comes from the large apartment block across the street (so did Nick Licotra) but I don't know how involved the management is in this matter. Tenants may just pass along the word that it's an easy way to get rid of stuff when they're moving out.
