Description

It looks like someone used this culvert as their trash dumping ground (big surprise) but they have been there since at least October. Does anyone really read this and clean up these sites?

As Southall Road is a state DOT-maintained road, it's possible that DOT (which doesn't use SeeClickFix) is responsible for clean-up, not the City of Raleigh. I'd recommend going to DOT's web site and making a report.

I've asked DOT, the City & no one seems to care & more junk seems to get tossed is there all the time.

Junk gets added to this culvert all the time, literally no one cares.
