Description

The owner at 2817 Chelsea Drive has placed a trailer in the creek above Beaconsfield Canyon, a tributary to Sausal Creek. The owner has also removed bay trees and piled trash, gasoline and other hazardous materials on the creek bank. The creek is located adjacent to 6460 Longcroft Drive. This issue was reported to the City of Oakland on Feb. 1, 2016 and the City is ignoring its own Creek Protection Ordinance and Clean Water Act violations by not requiring this property owner to move this illegal trailer and debris from the creek.
