I surprised PWD has not closed this. Its up to your property managers. I have never understood smoking. As a Keep Oakland Beautiful volunteer I am sure I picked more than three hundred butts today not to mention all the packaging that go,s with. Most of the smokers I see are self serving addicted world polluting litter bugs and do not care and will not stop till they are dying in the cancer ward.

Yes there are hundreds of butts I've picked up within this one block radius. City needs to cite property managers as they have been notified multiple times.
