Description
City inadvertently closed storm drain when fixing sinkhole at corner of Whitman Ct and 25 Capitol Avenue. This creates an unsafe condition of water (later ice) on public sidewalk and, if not corrected, will damage the downstairs residence and foundation.

this was a plugged connection to the street before the repair. Now it seems it will be a continued problem for ever. . . The connection should have been made properly when the hole in the street was fixed at the connecdtion site. What now?

The SeeClickFix system asked me to respond on the status of this matter. I have no update. As far as I know, there is no change and no one from the City or any Utility has reached out to me in an attempt to understand and resolve the issue. John J.
