This has been a complaint from this area for a while. This is not the first SeeClickFix (#182088) regarding this issue. The last request, from May 2012, did not meet multi-way warrants. We also found out that neither that portion of Ileagnes or Chapanoke are currently maintained by the City of Raleigh. The citizens need to speak with the developer regarding any additional signage placed on the streets before turning it over for City acceptance.

The Renaissance Park subdivision developer is Wakefield Development. Our engineering Inspection supervisor is working with Wakefield to possibly accept several of the streets within the subdivision if our punch list has been completed by the developer. Hopefully this will happen in the next few weeks. Once the streets are accepted, then the streets are eligible to be studied for traffic calming and can be handled by the City’s Program.
